After graduating in Management from Bocconi University in Milan, with a qualification in Organization and Human Resources Management, he began his career at the Artsana Group, holding various positions in the organization, development and reward departments before becoming HR Business Partner for Chicco Italia. He then spent seven years within the Vodafone Group, with roles of increasing responsibility in the management of Sales and Operations, Industrial Relations and finally as HR Manager Europe for Vodafone Automotive. From 2019 to 2021, he was HR Director Italy at Rentokil Initial, a world leader in the Hygiene & Pest Control sectors.
On 1st December 2021, he joined the Italiaonline Group, where he spent four years as People Management Director, supporting all the company’s business lines in the management and implementation of the HR agenda.
