Send all creatives to Italiaonline Traffico and/or any third-party service as described in the format specifications:
- Within 3 working days for all adv formats.
- By Wednesday morning for campaigns starting on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in delays in creativity publication.
In addition to the above-mentioned email subject and the materials specified in the ad format specifications, please include the following elements in any communication:
DISPLAY
Creativity files:
- Images, animations (*.jpg, *.gif, etc.) already optimized for delivery.
- Do not send source files (*.psd, etc.): Italiaonline does not modify the creativities.
Tracking:
- Landing page destination URL or click command.
- Tracking pixel in safe mode (if required and compatible with the format).
Redirect:
- Italiaonline uses DFP (DoubleClick for Publishers) Ad Server. Redirect Campaigns require tags with macro (anti-caching and click) suitable for DFP. Alternatively, provide instructions to customize the tags to ensure anti-caching and clicks logging on DFP.
- If the advertiser wants to use DFA (DoubleClick for Advertisers) tags, send both JavaScript and Internal Redirect versions.
DEM
Italiaonline uses the mappEngage platform.
- Always attach HTML with absolute path for images.
- For DEMs with customer internal tracking, in order to ensure accurate counting of clicks and impressions, replace the anti-caching parameter or [timestamp] with mappEngage primary key <%${ecm:random(1, 1000000000)}%> ecm:process=”false”.
Adhere to the maximum weight reported in the specifications. In exceptional cases, an increase may be agreed upon, but it should not exceed 10%.
No delivery criteria are allowed for self-hosted deals.
DEMs sent by Italiaonline are optimized for proper viewing on webmails (both Libero and Virgilio) through the most popular browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome) and main email clients.
Creatives must conform to the General Conditions of Contract and Italiaonline Policy. Otherwise, they will be returned to the sender with a request for correction. This may result in delays in creativity publication.
Italiaonline reserves the right to refuse and/or remove any creativity provided by the advertiser, which must comply with all applicable laws, including the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), the Consolidated Act on Radiotelevision (Legislative Decree No. 177/2005), and the Code of Conduct of Business Communication. The advertiser shall indemnify Italiaonline against any third-party claims concerning the creativity published online.
